From flag poles to social media posts, free speech presents numerous landmines for employers and government. Not only do employees say the darndest things, but communication and expression can take many forms, including social media, clothing, & office décor. In this session Attorney Harrington will review contours of state and federal law, the limits to constitutional protection to free expression in the work place and best practices for dealing with challenging situations.
